Who we are
Integrity Payments Group is on a mission to make the payments industry more transparent, fair, and effective for the businesses that rely on it. We work with companies in regulated and complex industries — including state-licensed and tribal lending — to reduce processing costs, improve efficiency, and support long-term growth.
With decades of experience and a network of more than 30 banking partners and trusted technology providers, we deliver solutions built for real-world needs — no shortcuts, no empty promises. We’re known for getting the details right, building strong relationships, and doing what we say we’ll do.
What you’ll do
We’re hiring a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and expand our presence across key verticals, including state-licensed and tribal lending. This is a hands-on role focused on owning the full sales process — from prospecting and qualification to closing, onboarding, and ongoing client success.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to bring in new business, lead sales calls, and support customers throughout their journey. This role blends sales execution with relationship management, and gives you a front-row seat to how we shape the next phase of growth.
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, research, conferences and relationship development
- Lead sales calls and guide prospects through each stage of the sales process
- Partner with the CEO to close deals, then take the lead on managing and supporting those accounts
- Ensure new clients are onboarded successfully and supported over time
- Bring insights from client conversations back to the team to help inform our product and service approach
- Develop and refine the sales strategy, including processes, tools, and reporting
- Collaborate with product and marketing to align messaging and support growth
- Represent IPG at industry conferences, client meetings and events. Available for travel up to 30% as needed.
- Stay current on payments trends, compliance requirements, and the evolving needs of our verticals
Who you are
- Sales leader with 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or lending
- Confident leading client conversations, managing deals, and bringing structure to a growing sales function
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and how to navigate regulated markets
- Experienced working with financial institutions, including tribal and state-licensed lenders
- Clear communicator and trusted partner — with both clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in financial services required
- Open to remote, though the team in Germantown meets in person 2–3 days a week — and we always encourage some in-person time to stay connected
What we offer
- A leadership role on a small, committed team where your work directly supports clients and drives the business forward
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- Flexibility to work remotely, with regular in-person collaboration to stay connected and aligned
- A culture rooted in honesty, respect, accountability, and follow-through — every conversation, every deal, every day
- A work environment where you’re trusted to lead, encouraged to grow, and supported by a team that shows up for each other
- The opportunity to be part of a company that’s redefining what integrity looks like in payments — one client at a time
