Integrity Payments Group was founded by Debra LeJeune after decades spent building and managing complex payment infrastructure. Again and again, she saw businesses being pushed into rigid setups that didn’t reflect their operations, risk profile, or growth plans.

So we built something better.

We design and manage complete payment ecosystems—from underwriting and compliance to settlement and reconciliation. CEO

Debra is a skilled CEO and financial executive with 25 years of experience in banking and management. She excels in relationship building, problem-solving, and crafting unique solutions, with a proven track record of outstanding performance in sales, operations, and finance. Debra is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP-past) and possesses invaluable skills in lending operations management, risk assessment, and financial institution relationships.

O.B. Rawls
Chief Strategy Officer

O.B. is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in fintech, payments, and banking. As former CEO of Global Payment Processing at Paysafe, he led a global team, achieving market share growth and surpassing revenue targets. With his expertise, he advises, invests, and serves on boards for various firms, while also being a partner in Wellesley Hills Financial, a fintech-focused investment bank.

Steve Beene
Chief Operating Officer

Steve is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise spanning banking, payments, and accounting. His client-first approach and deep focus on compliance make him an invaluable asset to Integrity Payments Group. With a proven track record, including the successful exit of a payments company, Steve’s leadership and insights are instrumental as IPG expands its footprint, explores innovative technologies, and strengthens bank partnerships.

Chief Financial Officer

Adam is a transformative leader in financial lending, media, and marketing. He established himself in Chicago's financial sector after obtaining his MBA from the University of Wisconsin. Adam's adaptability and foresight highlight his expertise in diverse industries. In his free time, he enjoys cars, fishing, and snowmobiling. For Adam, success isn't just measured in numbers but in the stories written between the lines.

Bailey Ashcraft
VP Operations & Strategic Accounts

Bailey leads operations and strategic client relationships at Integrity Payments Group. She keeps IPG running day to day and leads our work with strategic clients, so the programs we build run the way they should. Since joining the team in 2021, Bailey has worked across operations, sales support, and customer engagement, which means she knows the business from every side.

Account Executive

Raisa Sarkhel is a customer-focused Account Executive with strong relationship management skills. She has a proven track record in identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions. Raisa has a marketing background and spearheaded the strategy for an in-house accounting data hub. Open communication is a cornerstone of her professional relationships.

With over 20 years of experience spanning multiple industries, including software, retail, finance, non-profit, and real estate development, Harv brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
